Acacia Realty Advisors was founded in March of 2023 with a clear vision for what a real estate brokerage should be.

You deserve more than a transaction. You deserve trusted guidance, strong communication, and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. That belief is what Acacia was built on.

After nearly nine years in the industry, Kyle Johnson saw the opportunity to create something different. A brokerage where agents are trained, mentored, and developed with intention. A place where leadership is present and invested. A culture where real estate is viewed as more than commission, but as a responsibility to serve people well.

In August of 2025, Acacia Realty Advisors opened its first storefront office in Downtown Greer, less than six minutes from where Kyle was born and raised. Establishing a physical presence in the community he calls home was a proud milestone and a natural next step for the brokerage.
